Code of Conduct

At Peacock Gymnastics Academy (PGA), safeguarding is our top priority. We are committed to providing every member with a supportive, inspiring, and healthy environment where they can thrive.

We believe it is essential that all members of our community—gymnasts, coaches, parents, and guardians—show respect, care, and understanding for the safety and wellbeing of others at all times.

If you ever have any concerns or complaints about PGA, we encourage you to contact our Club Welfare Officer in the first instance. Your voice matters, and together we ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone.

By attending any class, camp, competition, or event organised by Peacock Gymnastics Academy, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to follow the Code of Conduct outlined below.

Gymnast Code of Conduct

“I am a Peacock gymnast, and I will…”

  • Try my best every class.
  • Stay positive – no saying “I can’t”.
  • Listen to my coaches and use their advice to improve.
  • Stay safe – I won’t leave the gym or wander without permission.
  • Be kind and respectful to everyone.
  • Use good words – no bad language or rude talk.
  • Never bully – I will include and support others.
  • Look after equipment and only use it when told.
  • Help tidy up when asked.
  • Wear my leotard/kit and tie my hair up.
  • Keep phones away – no photos, videos, or social media.

By following these rules, I help keep the gym safe, fun, and supportive for everyone.
